This month's New Moon is on the 15th in your polar sign, Pisces, making it your 7th House of close relationships. There is quite a cluster of planets present for the occasion including Mercury, Uranus and Jupiter. Mercury and Uranus are within three minutes of arc of an exact conjunction and they are only a little more than a degree from the Sun/Moon conjunction. Jupiter is in Pisces but a bit farther away, but will nonetheless lend his expansive influences to the overall flavor. If your birthday is between September 17th and September 20th the effects are most likely to be noticed.

Mercury and Uranus in cahoots like that is very likely to bring unexpected, disruptive, or surprising news that is going to kick off a new relationship or perhaps start a new phase with one or more existing ones. Saturn is in a fairly wide opposition to the New Moon quartet from Libra, your 2nd House of finances, possessions, needs and pleasures. Saturn is quite content in that sign where he's considered to be exalted. Apparently the discipline and responsibility of Saturn blends well with the fairness and balance. Saturn is retrograde, however, so he will make his way back into your sign come April and remain there through well into July. Since Virgo is organized and detail-oriented, that is a fairly good match for Saturn's talents as well. He may be a bit of a nuisance and slightly less enchanting if he contacts your Natal Sun, but that will only affect you if your birthday is between September 19 - 22. That will happen next month and beyond so I'll cover it in greater detail then.

Meanwhile, the effects of this lunation are likely to influence your close relationships and have financial overtones. Remember that relationships as they apply to the 7th House include not only your significant other but close friends and relatives, business associates, professionals with whom you interact one-on-one such as your attorney, accountant, financial advisor and so forth and also competitors and open enemies. Thus, the sudden news or what-have-you can relate to any of those individuals and not necessary someone in your immediate household, though of course it could. Knowing firsthand due to my Virgo Ascendant, that Virgos are worriers by nature, I figured I'd throw that in so that you'd know the odds are probably in your favor.

Other influences attending the New Moon include some aspects courtesy of Mars who by the 15th is out of retrograde and cruising along in Leo, your 12th House. This is where your spirituality, enlightenment, dreams, self-undoing, and hidden enemies reside along with the collective consciousness, institutions, confinement and seclusion. The Mars RX cycle gives us an opportunity to take care of unresolved issues which are usually situations that we ignored or didn't take action on initially. As he retraces his steps through Leo, the theme will be taking care of business between now and mid-May.

As noted above, Mars is in positive aspect with Saturn as well as Uranus and Mercury. The orb is a bit wide, but should be felt none-the-less. The sextile to Saturn indicates an opportunity for growth. Sextiles are generally considered positive aspects but when they're between malefics it can simply strengthen their influence, which isn't always good. Your nextdoor neighbors in the zodiacal sense often deliver annoyances or irritations, so there's no telling what this may deliver. Since Mars is the God of War the first 12th House element that springs to mind is "hidden enemies" and tied in with Saturn in Libra, the implication is that it will involve your finances or possessions in some way. Right offhand, I'd advise you to NOT loan anything of value to someone during the next month or so and to watch your back. Mars is also trine the Uranus/Mercury pair which suggests that whatever that unexpected news turns out to be with regard to someone fairly close to you that you should have your radar fully deployed because they may not be your friend. There's just something about Mars in your 12th House of hidden enemies and self-undoing that throws a big caution flag, so be careful. You may also want to think twice before bailing someone out of jail.

Since the aspects are technically of a positive nature, everything could turn out very nicely, but since I'm a worrier like you are, I wanted to be upfront about what's out there. Hopefully, it will all turn out well and the 12th House's involvement will be of the inspirational nature or motivate you to pursue your fondest dreams, which is as much a possibility as the problems noted above. But I want to be honest so you can be aware of the negative possibilities, but hopefully when all is said and done the outcome will be a pleasant surprise.

The Full Moon on March 29 is in Libra, your 2nd House of finances and possessions as noted earlier. A Full Moon brings a culmination or something the end of one phase and beginning of another. The overall influence of this one looks as if you need to hand onto your pocketbook or wallet, though again there are possibilities for a favorable outcome, such as paying off a loan. One thing to watch out for on this one is to not count your chickens before they're hatched. For example, you may think you're going to get a nice raise or bonus at work, but don't spend it before you have it in your hot little hand because there's a good chance it won't materialize. With Mars still resident in your 12th House, I'd continue to watch your back with a close eye on females in particular.

March 1: Be prepared for a Catch-22 or the necessity of making a few adjustments. If you're actively pursuing a dream or inspiration, listen to what those close to you have to say. Your sign ruler, Mercury, enters Pisces today, facilitating communications with those close to you.

March 2: News from someone close to you may have a financial impact. Don't indulge in any major expenditures at this time until you see how this month plays out.

March 3: Expect the unexpected today, most likely from a female you know well.

March 4: Information that has previously been hidden may come out today. It should have an opportunity of some sort attached, so watch for it.

March 7: Venus goes into Aries, your 8th House of sex, death, other people's money and transformations. This bodes fairly well for your sex life and finances, but caution is advised with Saturn in your House of finance. Someone close to you may deliver some interesting information.

March 9: Financial issues are likely to arise today. Just because you're approved for a big fat loan doesn't mean it's a good idea to take it.

March 10: Mars comes out of retrograde. If you don't already know what unresolved issues you were supposed to be taking care of, you should be able to figure it out now.

March 11: If you're considering any speculations, make sure you do plenty of research. The information will come out quite readily if you look for it.

March 14: Emphasis on someone close to you today as news comes your way.

March 15: New Moon today as described above.

March 17: Expect the unexpected. Mercury enters Aries, facilitating a communication flow that may ultimately have a transformational effect. Inspiration or enlightenment is possible that could have a considerable impact.

March 18: Watch for news of a financial nature.

March 20: The Sun goes into Aries, bringing more emphasis to your 8th House of transformations, other people's money, etc. Previously hidden information may come your way that relates to a romantic partner, child, or speculation.

March 21: If you're pursuing a dream, watch for related information. More financial action is likely as well.

March 22: Don't yield to financial temptation today.

March 25: More emphasis on financial dealings and speculations are possible. Issues related to a child or romantic partner could also arise.

March 29: Full Moon today as described above.

March 31: Adjustments or a change of course is coming related to your finances or possessions in some manner. News may come your way that sounds promising, but don't trust it until the goods are delivered.
